The Challenge
The client is a turn-key provider of LED lighting and indoor/outdoor LED digital video displays.
As part of their onsite installation process, they used a project management system to manage communication and project progress with their clients.
The client wanted to replace it with a custom application that would enable them to implement their proprietary processes and provide a unique offering to their clients.
The Design
Taazaa built the client a web-based cloud application and an iOS mobile application.
The web and mobile applications have similar functionality that includes the ability to manage clients, projects, and various types of project reports.
The Solution
The new project reporting application enables better communication of a project’s status with their customers.
In addition, it enables our client’s staff to report hours, issues, tasks, and notes from the field.
The application has become the primary means of communication between the client and their customers.
