The client is a turn-key provider of LED lighting and indoor/outdoor LED digital video displays. As part of their onsite installation process, they used a project management system to manage communication and project progress with their clients. The application they currently used was Raken App. The client wanted to replace it with a custom application, that could enable them to implement their custom processes and provide a unique offering to their clients.
Taazaa built the client a web-based cloud application and an iOS mobile application.
The web and mobile applications have similar functionality that includes the ability to manage clients, projects, and various types of project reports.
Now they own a project reporting application that enables better communication project status with their clients. Enabled client staff to report hours, issues, tasks, notes from the field. The application should be the foundation for the solution to be the primary means of communication with the client.
